Our mission

Built so small businesses can run real safety programs

WorkSafely started as two safety professionals crossing the Midwest with a trunk full of binders. Every visit felt the same: owners juggling production, consultants charging more than a pickup truck, and OSHA paperwork that never matched what crews were doing. We decided to build the tool we kept wishing existed.

Why we built WorkSafely

A platform born from jobsite realities

We spent years acting as the de facto safety department for fabrication shops, contractors, clinics, and warehouses. The pattern was obvious: when a consultant left, the program fell apart. When teams tried enterprise software, it demanded an IT staff they didn’t have. Most days the real source of truth was a clipboard that lived in a truck.

WorkSafely exists to give those teams a calmer option. Instead of starting over every quarter, they log in and see the exact programs, hazards, and inspections that matter to their worksites. Instead of waiting for a consultant to call back, they get clear checklists, automated reminders, and records that stay ready for OSHA any day of the week.

The approach

Run safety like an everyday habit

We keep WorkSafely simple on purpose. Programs are written in plain English. Training happens in a few clicks. Inspections work from any phone. Pricing stays flat so growth doesn’t punish you. We’d rather keep things grounded than brag about algorithms.

If you already have trusted advisors, they plug in easily. If you’re doing everything yourself, you’ll finally have a system that remembers the details for you. Either way, the paperwork matches the work.

Our Values

These principles steer every roadmap and customer call.

Safety First

Every feature and recommendation exists to help more people go home safe. No distractions.

Built for Operators

We obsess over the realities of small crews, moving jobs, and thin margins.

Plain-Language Guidance

Regulations are complicated enough. We explain them in everyday language.

Nationwide Impact

Protecting workers across America, one small business at a time.
