Yes. Starter gives you onboarding, hazard tracking, reporting, and resource access at no cost so you can establish a baseline safety program before you grow into Pro.
Each physical worksite—jobsites, warehouses, clinics, offices—requires its own compliance profile. We scope the number of worksites with you so you only pay for what you operate.
Pro includes unlimited users, so every employee who needs assignments can participate without extra fees. Administrator and manager seats are included on both plans.
Contracts are annual and renew each year. Because safety programs run continuously, we don’t offer month-to-month plans or early cancellations mid-term.
You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you ever need to move back to Starter, the change will take effect at renewal so your current annual agreement stays intact.
